Hi, I’m Jessica.
Hi, I'm Jessica—a therapist, mother of three, and the heart behind Intuitively Well Therapy. I’m passionate about walking with women through the wild, tender, and often sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the evolving landscape of womanhood.
I’m especially drawn to the deeper emotional layers—birth stories that linger, identity shifts that feel disorienting, or the quiet unraveling that happens when your body, your relationships, or your sense of self are changing. Therapy, to me, is about creating space to be fully human, fully seen, and gently supported as you reconnect with your inner knowing.
Why Intuitively Well?
The name Intuitively Well came to me during my second pregnancy, when I realized that no amount of outside advice could replace the deep wisdom I carried inside. I was craving something quieter, something rooted. In a world that praises productivity and perfection, I chose to trust my body, my story, and my intuition.
That moment became the foundation of my work—helping women listen inward, feel empowered in their choices, and live in alignment with their own definition of wellness.
A little about me…
I’m a mom of three, most often found in sweats, cozy socks, and an oversized sweatshirt. I nearly became an esthetician (I’m a self-care junkie) but chose therapy instead—and I still treat myself to regular facials.
I grew up equally obsessed with Barbies, Polly Pockets, and playing softball—sports eventually paid for college and helped shape my work ethic (and love of team snacks). I love rom-coms, ridiculous memes, and baking treats while slowly mastering sourdough.
If I had unlimited funds, I’d live between the San Francisco cliffs, a Hawaiian bungalow, and a quiet homestead with chickens, a cow named Minnie, and a lake. Until then, I travel with my family, hunt down hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and find peace in life’s smallest moments.
