Woman in a black dress sitting on a stool, smiling warmly

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a licensed therapist, doula, mother of three, and the heart behind Intuitively Well Therapy.

I feel deeply honored to walk alongside women through the tender, complex, and transformative seasons of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, motherhood, and womanhood.

Much of my work centers around the emotional layers that are often difficult to put into words. Birth stories that still live in the body. Identity shifts that feel disorienting. Grief, overwhelm, relationship changes, body image struggles, or the quiet sense that somewhere along the way, you lost connection with yourself.

I see therapy as more than symptom reduction. It is a space for deeper maternal and identity-centered healing. A space to slow down, make meaning of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself with more compassion, honesty, and support.

My approach is relational, holistic, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully human, fully seen, and gently supported in the process of becoming.

Why Intuitively Well?

The name Intuitively Well came to me during my third pregnancy, during a season where I realized that no amount of outside noise could replace the wisdom I carried within myself.

I found myself craving something slower, quieter, and more rooted. In a world constantly telling women who to be, how to mother, how to look, and how to live, I kept returning to the feeling that healing also involves learning how to listen inward again.

That experience became part of the foundation of this work.

Intuitively Well is rooted in the belief that wellness is not about perfection or performing life “correctly.” It is about learning to live more honestly and in deeper connection with your body, your values, your story, and your inner knowing.

Much of my work centers around helping women reconnect with themselves in a world that often pulls them away from who they are.

A little about me…

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mother of three who loves cozy mornings, meaningful conversations, fresh bread in the kitchen, and finding beauty in the small moments of everyday life.

I’m someone who feels deeply at home gathering around a table, traveling with my family, discovering little hole-in-the-wall restaurants, or ending the day in an oversized sweatshirt with a good rom-com playing in the background.

Much of who I am personally shapes the way I show up professionally. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through feeling safe, supported, grounded, and fully human.

I hope the women who work with me feel that they can exhale a little here. That they do not have to perform, explain themselves perfectly, or carry everything alone.
