More than therapy sessions, this is a space for deeper maternal and identity-centered healing.

Therapy that honors the complexity of womanhood, motherhood, and becoming.

I work with women navigating motherhood, birth trauma, identity shifts, grief, body image concerns, postpartum transitions, and the emotional complexity of becoming.

My work is not just about offering therapy sessions, but creating a space for deeper maternal and identity-centered healing.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and paced with care and intention. Some women come to process a difficult birth experience, reconnect with themselves after motherhood, explore long-held patterns rooted in trauma, or simply have a space where they no longer have to hold everything alone.

Extended & Intensive Sessions

Extended and intensive sessions offer more space for deeper therapeutic work and slower, more intentional processing.

These sessions can be especially supportive for birth story processing, trauma work, identity exploration, Embodied Spirit Wheel work, major life transitions, or seasons where weekly therapy feels too brief for what you’re carrying.

Some clients choose extended sessions because they feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed by the mental load of motherhood, disconnected from themselves, or ready to explore their story more deeply in a supported and grounded way.

Doula-Informed Emotional Support

While I do not offer doula services through this practice, my work is deeply shaped by my training as a doula and my love for the perinatal season.

Therapy sessions can include emotional preparation for birth, postpartum support, nervous system regulation, birth story reflection, and processing the transition into motherhood.

Embodied Spirit Wheel Work

One of the frameworks I draw from in my work is the Embodied Spirit Wheel (4-D Wheel), developed by Dr. Gina Ogden. This approach explores the interconnected layers of our experience through mind, body, heart, and spirit. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or thoughts, the work gently considers how experiences are carried emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually.

The Wheel can support deeper exploration of birth experiences, identity transitions, trauma, grief, relationships, sexuality, intuition, and the process of becoming.

Many women find this approach especially meaningful because it honors the full complexity of their lived experience.

Insurance & Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I encourage you to contact your provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.
