To share, to hold, to witness

The Embodied Spirit Work

One of the core frameworks I draw from in my work is the Embodied Spirit Wheel (4-D Wheel), developed by Dr. Gina Ogden. This model integrates the four dimensions of our human experience: body, mind, heart, and spirit. It invites a deeper, more holistic way of understanding our stories.

Using the Wheel, we explore the layers of your lived experience and how they interconnect. It brings awareness to what has been held in your body, expressed through emotion, shaped by belief, and influenced by something larger than yourself, whether that is intuition, faith, or the sacred.

This approach is especially supportive for those navigating:

  • Grief and loss

  • Birth trauma or challenging birth experiences

  • Postpartum transitions and identity shifts

  • Healing from sexual shame or sexual trauma

  • Body image and self-connection

  • Spiritual disconnection or questions about meaning

Whether you are seeking to process a single story or move through a season of change, the Wheel offers a grounding and empowering path toward integration.

If you would like to explore your story through this framework, I offer individual Embodied Spirit sessions designed to support deeper, more spacious reflection.

Session Options:
60 minutes — $135
75 minutes — $165
90 minutes — $195

These sessions allow space to move beyond insight and into embodiment, integration, and meaningful change.

Group and workshop offerings centered around the Wheel are currently being developed—stay tuned for upcoming dates.

Embodied Spirit Wheel represents the four dimensions: mind, body, heart, and spirit—that guides the process.
