Whether you’re unraveling after birth, grieving what was, or longing to feel at home in your body again—therapy offers a place to land, soften, and heal.
Therapy for women navigating motherhood, healing, and everything in between.
Meet Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica—a therapist, mother, doula, and founder of Intuitively Well Therapy.
I help women who feel overwhelmed, lost in motherhood, or burdened by birth trauma find their way back to themselves. My approach blends clinical expertise with deep compassion. Together, we make space for your grief, your healing, your voice.
I specialize in perinatal mental health, sex therapy, trauma, and grief—supporting women through the emotional terrain of pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, sexual health, and body image after birth. As a trained doula, I bring a unique lens that honors the full spectrum of your perinatal experience.
What I Offer:
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships—where you feel seen, heard, and never rushed. I bring my full self into the room: clinically grounded, emotionally present, and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people—I believe in walking with them as they find their way back to themselves.
Whether we’re processing trauma, exploring identity, or simply making space for what feels heavy, I trust your inner wisdom. My role is to help you access it with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My core values:
Authenticity over performance
Compassion over perfection
Empowerment over pathologizing
Wholeness over symptom management
I love working with women in seasons of transition—especially those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, grief, body image, sexuality, and the evolving identity of motherhood. If you’re ready to dig deeper, get real, and come home to yourself, you’ll likely feel at home in my practice.

My Approach to Therapy
I support women across generations and seasons of life as they navigate trauma—including birth trauma, complex trauma, and grief—alongside perinatal anxiety, postpartum transitions, and the work of reconnecting with both maternal and ancestral intuition.
My approach is rooted in relationship, intuition, and the belief that healing is both deeply personal and profoundly relational. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, but always begin with you—your story, your body, your pace.
Therapy, to me, is a reverent space. I hold deep respect for the uniqueness of every client and the relationship we co-create. I listen with curiosity and care—for the stories that rise, the patterns that repeat, and the unspoken emotions that live beneath the surface.
The frameworks I draw from include:
Narrative Therapy– exploring the stories that have shaped you and imagining new possibilities
IFS-Informed Work– honoring all parts of you, especially the ones that feel misunderstood
Compassion-Focused & Mindfulness-Based Therapy– practicing self-kindness, presence, and gentle awareness
Somatic Practices & EMDR– tending to the body’s wisdom and how it holds trauma and resilience
Expressive Arts & Creative Processing– using art, movement, and metaphor to access healing beyond words
I’ve been deeply influenced by trauma-informed therapists, somatic educators, birth professionals, and spiritual teachers—as well as poets, mothers, and artists who speak truthfully about the complexity of being human.
Our relationship will be part of your healing. Together, we’ll notice how you show up in this space—what feels safe, what feels tender—and use that awareness as a compassionate mirror for how you move through the world beyond our sessions.
