Birth Story Processing Groups
Explore the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual layers of your birth story using the 4-D Wheel framework. A space to be witnessed, held, and gently transformed.
Postpartum Body Image Workshops
A creative, tender space to reconnect with your body after birth. Through guided exercises and group sharing, we invite self-compassion, presence, and deeper connection.
Motherhood Circles
Monthly drop-in gatherings focused on the messy, beautiful middle of mothering—covering themes like identity, intuition, grief, joy, and community.
